Situated on a vast game farm, the Sandune Lodge offers a luxury safari experience to the discerning traveller. The typical Kalahari game farm boasts over 20 species of Namibian wildlife, including oryx, giraffe, impala and sable antelope.

After a day exploring the property in a safari vehicle or on horseback, guests can relax at the pool or bar before being treated to a splendid dinner in the lodge restaurant.

Middway, there's a stop for drinks and snacks before returning to Sandune lodge.

Horse Riding

There is no better way to view and experience the Kalahari and its wildlife than horseback. The riding pace may be varied, from fast and thrilling gallops over dunes to tracking larger game animals or taking time for some bird watching. Experienced guides have an incredible ability to spot even the most camouflaged wildlife. Due to the open spaces and nature, this riding is recommended for experienced horse riders.
